    The Queensland Reserves and Tin Cup gives a player the chance to qualify for the Queensland Championships later in the year. This event is restricted to players under 1750 ACF and is unique in that it has NEVER been won twice by the same person!!

  • Norfolk Island Social Chess Challenge

    The Norfolk Island Social Chess Challenge is designed to bring together a competitive chess tournament and a love of travel to provide a unique experience.

    The week long adventure will see players have the opportunity to not only enjoy 3 days of competitive chess (with $2000 in prizes!), but to explore the historic Norfolk Island via a combination of self exploration and organised tours.

    For those flying from Sydney, the trip will run from July 5 to July 12, and those travelling from Brisbane will travel on July 6 and July 13.

    Organised by Go See Touring and supported by the Chess Association of Queensland and Gardiner Chess, make sure you see all the details on the flyer and don't miss this fantastic opportunity!
